Alessandra Cipolla is a dedicated psychologist and educator with extensive experience in resilience research and child protection. Since April 2015, Alessandra has worked at RiRes - Unità di Ricerca sulla Resilienza as a psicologa formatrice, focusing on training professionals in child protection and gender-based violence in vulnerable contexts. Additionally, Alessandra serves as a psicologa e psicodiagnosta for Il Melograno Onlus, conducting psychological assessments for minors, and has held a position as a lecturer at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore since September 2015. Previous roles include educational support for youth athletes at FC Internazionale Milano, conducting theater workshops with inmates at e.s.t.i.a. Cooperativa Sociale Onlus, and project activities for minors at Fondazione ISMU. Alessandra holds multiple degrees from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, including a Master’s focused on helping relationships in development and international cooperation.
