Iralda Mitro has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Iralda began their career as a Software Developer Intern at Bilanc shpk in October 2006, where they worked until July 2007. Iralda then joined ikubINFO in August 2007 as a Software Developer and stayed with the company until April 2012. During their time at ikubINFO, they also took on the role of ikubINFO Software Academy Coordinator from April 2012 to September 2012 and later became the Business Development Manager from July 2012 to December 2016. In January 2017, they were promoted to the position of Director of the Ecommerce Department and stayed in that role until April 2018. Iralda then became a Business Representative and Strategy Implementer at ikubINFO from April 2018 to August 2020 and later transitioned to the role of Resource Engagement Manager from May 2019 to August 2020. More recently, in August 2020, they were promoted to the position of Head of Human Capital and Public Relations Department at ikubINFO. Alongside their work at ikubINFO, Iralda also served as a Lecturer at Universiteti i Tiranës from October 2010 to September 2013.

Iralda Mitro has a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Tirana, which they obtained from 2008 to 2010. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science at the University of Tirana from 2005 to 2008. Iralda also attended Qemal Stafa High School from 2001 to 2005. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the IT Information Library Foundations Certification (ITIL) from AXELOS Global Best Practice in 2022. In 2019, they earned the Professional Scrum Master (PSM) and Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) certifications from Scrum.org. In 2011, they obtained the Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification from the Project Management Institute. Additionally, they hold certifications in Microsoft .NET Framework, InfoSphere DataStage, and WebAssembler.NET.
