Rodolphe Bou Harb is a Safety Engineer specializing in RAMS (Reliability, Availability, Maintainability, and Safety) with extensive experience across various industries. Currently employed at IKOS GROUP since February 2024, Rodolphe is involved in the mechanical safety of battery packs for Alstom's trains. Prior to this, Rodolphe worked at Seres Technologies - Groupe Gorgé as a RAMS Engineer, conducting safety studies for machinery, and gained experience in industrial risk management at Air Liquide. Rodolphe's career began with roles in aviation supervision and mechanical engineering, alongside several internships that provided a foundation in engineering design, thermodynamics, and manufacturing processes. Rodolphe holds a Mastère spécialisé in Safety Engineering and Management from INSA Toulouse and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Holy Spirit University of Kaslik.
