Phil Chalmers is an experienced technical professional with a strong background in software support and management. Currently serving as Technical Services Manager at Ikon Science since December 2018, Phil Chalmers oversees the installation and integration of the iPoint product across various platforms while assisting clients in maximizing software utility. Previously, as Software Process Manager at Perigon Data Solutions, responsibilities included software features, support, licensing, upgrades, and training. Phil Chalmers also held software support roles at Pisys and AMEC, where foundational skills in IT support were developed. Education includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology from Robert Gordon University.
