Lillian Riveland is an experienced sales professional with a diverse background in the oil and gas industry. Currently serving as Sales Manager Norway and previously as Key Account Manager and Project Recruitment at IKM Consultants AS since January 2018, Lillian has a strong focus on client relations and recruitment projects. Prior experience includes roles as a Sales Engineer and Tilbudskoordinator at IKM Testing AS from December 2012 to December 2017, where Lillian contributed to mechanical completion and commissioning services. Lillian's career began at Viking SeaTech, where positions included Sales Coordinator and PA for the CEO from October 2009 to December 2012, as well as Project Controller from October 2006 to February 2009. Lillian holds a degree in Marketing Management from BI Norwegian Business School.
