Jill began their career in 2001 as an On-Site Supervisor for IKON Office Solutions, where they implemented scanning files into a new database and saved the company over $10,000 in shipping costs. In 2007, they took on the role of Team Lead/Fulfillment Specialist at Convergys, where they guaranteed positive customer experiences and resolved customer complaints. From 2009 to 2012, they worked as an International Shipping Clerk/Teammate Services and International Customer Account Analyst at Genco-Sun Chemical and Sun Chemical, respectively. In 2014, they began working at SMC Corporation as an Inside Support Specialist and Support Specialist. In their role as Inside Support Specialist, they managed high value customer accounts, collaborated with sales teams, and maintained customer satisfaction scorecards. In 2019, they began their current role as Customer Service Manager-Distribution at IKIO LED Lighting.
Jill Mays attended Wilberforce University from 2012 to 2014 and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Health and Human Services and a Bachelor of Science in Health & Human Services.
