Loreta BuivydÄ— is an experienced professional in organizational development and human resources, currently serving as the Head of Organizational Development at IKI since January 2024. Previously, Loreta held the position of People and Culture Strategy Partner at TNDM Trucking from August 2022 to January 2024 and served as Head of HR at NRD Companies from December 2020 to September 2021. A significant tenure at Ignitis Group lasted from October 2013 to December 2020, where roles included HR Business Partner alongside responsibilities as Senior Key Account Manager and Customer Service Team Leader at ESO. Earlier career experiences include working as a Medical Sales Representative at Krka and as a Sales Manager at Omnitel. Loreta holds a Bachelor's degree in Lithuanian Philology from Vilnius University, obtained in July 2010.
