Shailey Raina is an accomplished professional in the field of Human Resources, currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at Ikeda LTD since November 2022. Additionally, Shailey is the Founder and Career Coach at Manthan2kaizen, providing career coaching, HR services, and training in POSH compliance for startups since October 2020. With extensive experience as a consultant at Brainpreneurs and Child Development Centre and previously at Sourcebase Technologies Private Limited, Shailey has held various HR management roles at Emergent Ventures and Greenrev Ventures Pvt. Ltd. A dedicated educator, Shailey has pursued advanced certifications including Associate Certified Coach from the International Coaching Federation and International Certified Career Coach. Shailey holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Development from Bhartiya Vidhya Peeth MBA College.
