Marthe Evrard is an experienced professional with a solid background in commercial activities and project leadership, currently serving as Country Commercial Activity Leader at IKEA since May 2019, following roles as Store Sales Manager and Logistics Team Leader. In addition, Marthe acted as an Ambassadrice for the IKEA Foundation from August 2022 to September 2024. Prior project experience includes serving as Chargée de projet at Arts et Métiers ParisTech, where involvement in the interdisciplinary innovation project "Préfiguration du Living Lab Smart City Initiative" included the analysis of Bouygues SA's environment, needs, and strategic goals, as well as benchmarking related innovation labs. Marthe holds a Master's degree in Philosophy and History of Art from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences with a focus on economics from Université Paris Dauphine - PSL.
