Kirsi From (formerly Gotthardt) is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in corporate communications and brand strategy. Currently serving as Country Communications Manager and Chief Communications Officer at IKEA Group since August 2014, Kirsi is a member of the management team, overseeing various functions including public affairs and crisis management. Prior roles include Director of Communications at Nokia, where Kirsi led global communications for the Mobile Phones unit, and Head of Communication at LUMENE Oy, responsible for marketing the Cutrin brand. Additional experience includes significant positions at Hill & Knowlton and Lowe Brindfors. Kirsi holds a Master of Science in Economics with a focus on Marketing, French, and Law from Helsingin kauppakorkeakoulu.
