Joselyne Nairouz has a diverse background in supply chain management and strategic analysis, currently serving as a Supply Planner at IKEA and participating in the IKEA Next Generation Leaders programme for FY24. Prior to this, Joselyne worked as a Transport and Delivery Planner at IKEA and held the position of Strategy Analyst focusing on Sales Marketing and Communication at Zechini Gra. Joselyne also has experience as a Concrete Plant Manager at Pilotes Perforados- Pilper C.A and served as a Teaching Assistant for the Materials and Testing course at Universidad de los Andes (VE).
