Charlotte Hareskov Jensen has extensive experience in human resources and management roles primarily within the IKEA Group and Coop Danmark. Currently serving as the Country People & Culture Manager and Country Transformation Hub Manager for IKEA Group, Charlotte has previously held positions such as Country Talent Manager at IKEA Denmark and HR Manager, among others, at IKEA. Earlier career experience includes a Department Manager role at Coop Danmark. Charlotte's educational background includes completing studies at Holstebro Gymnasium from 1989 to 1992.
