Shahrzad Nikouei has extensive experience in the automotive engineering sector, currently serving in homologation (Vehicle Type Approval) at IKCO since April 2023. Prior to this role, Shahrzad was Head of Homologation at IKCO-PEUGEOT (IKAP) from February 2018 to May 2023. Shahrzad's background includes positions as Senior Product Engineer at Kerman Motor, focusing on localization and product engineering, and R&D Engineer roles at Ezam Automotive Parts Group and ETEHAD Automotive Parts Group, where expertise in research and product engineering was developed. Early career experience includes technician roles at Mika Electronic and SATHA CO., concentrating on electronic production and engineering.
