Murat Canoglu is an accomplished investment professional with extensive experience in finance and board leadership across various industries. Currently serving as an Investor at ikas since April 2024, Murat is also a Board Member at TEI Gurmetal Investment Casting, a joint venture specializing in engine manufacturing for the aviation sector, and at Link Bilgisayar. Previously, Murat held the position of Head of Private Equity and Venture Capital Investment Funds at Re-Pie Asset Management Company, the largest Alternative Investment Fund in Turkey, from January 2023 to August 2024. Other notable roles include Overseas Affiliates Finance Director at Sampa Automotive and Senior Investment Officer at the International Finance Corporation. Murat's earlier career includes key positions at Is Investment Securities, Global Securities, Bear Stearns & Co., and Sulzer AG. Murat holds an MBA in International Business from Baruch College and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Istanbul University.
