Patrick Doyle is a Principal Consultant and founding member at Justice and Public Safety Consulting (JPSC), specializing in critical information sharing, CJIS system assessments, and school safety among other public safety operations. As Chairperson of the Law Enforcement Imaging Technology Task Force at IJIS Institute, Patrick leads initiatives focusing on image technologies and digital evidence management. Patrick also serves as Vice Chairperson of the CJIS Committee at the International Association of Chiefs of Police, coordinating research and policy recommendations on information sharing systems. Patrick's extensive experience includes roles at Unisys, where responsibilities encompassed managing critical CJIS systems and directing the Justice and Law Enforcement Practice. Additional contributions include co-authoring a Public Safety Primer on Cloud Technology for the U.S. Department of Justice and serving as a member of the Cyber Crime Advisory Council in Canada. Patrick holds a Master of Arts in Education from Seton Hall University and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the University of Rhode Island.
