Soumya Kansal is an accomplished consultant currently working in Enterprise Performance Consulting at Deloitte Consulting since July 2024. Soumya serves as an Executive Member of the Academic Committee at the Indian Institute of Management Kashipur, while previously completing a Management Trainee position at ICICI Bank in mid-2023. A notable tenure at BrahMos Aerospace from June 2018 to June 2022 included roles as Senior System Engineer, Systems Engineer, and Executive Trainee. Soumya also completed a Public Policy Programme for Executives at Rashtram School of Public Leadership, contributing to a project analyzing judicial delays in Indian district courts. Leadership experience includes serving as Convener for the Indian Heritage & Philosophy Club at PDPM IIITDM Jabalpur and participation as a Delegate for the Indian Youth Delegation to China in 2016. Soumya holds an MBA in Analytics from the Indian Institute of Management Kashipur and a B.Tech in Electronics and Communication from the Indian Institute of Information Technology, Design and Manufacturing, Jabalpur.
