Monika Shah is currently serving as AVP at IIFL Home Loans since October 2023. Prior to this, MONIKA held the position of Chief Manager- Corporate Solutions at Zopper from April 2022. Monika also worked as Manager- Rural and Government Business at Care Insurance from May 2019 to April 2022. MONIKA has a Master of Business Administration degree from the Indian Institute of Management Udaipur and a Master’s degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Banaras Hindu University.
