Nandan Gandre is a seasoned professional in the field of information security and risk management, currently serving as the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at IIFL Home Finance Ltd since April 2024. Nandan has been with IIFL (India Infoline Group) since September 2018, holding roles such as Head of Risk & Application Security and Assistant Vice President. Prior experience includes a managerial role in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) at Wipro Limited, where Nandan led a 35-member team and served in various capacities including Engagement Manager and Practice Partner for GRC in India. Nandan's career also spans roles at HSBC Software Development, Techmahindra, 3i Infotech, and HRA Infotech, alongside a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from Mumbai University, completed in June 2001.
