Sandeep Das currently serves as Vice President and Head of Learning & Development at IIFL Finance, where responsibilities include creating comprehensive learning programs for various loan products. Prior to this role, Sandeep was Senior Director and Head of Learning & Development/Diversity Equity & Inclusion at JLL India, overseeing the execution of learning strategies across multiple countries. Sandeep's extensive experience in the financial services and training sectors includes significant roles at Aditya Birla Group, AU Small Finance Bank, Bharti AXA Life Insurance, and Max New York Life Insurance, focusing on functional training, digital learning initiatives, and talent development. Sandeep holds an Executive PG Diploma in OD & Change from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences and additional executive education credentials from Harvard Business School and the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow.
