Kayla Powell is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in leadership and talent management. Currently serving as the Head of People at iiDENTIFii since June 2024, Kayla previously held the position of Human Resources Director at The Catalyst Group from June 2022 to June 2024. Prior roles include Head of People & Talent and Talent Lead at Invictus Capital between October 2020 and June 2022, and Senior Managing Consultant at Robert Walters from March 2015 to January 2020. Kayla possesses a robust educational background, currently pursuing a Labour Law degree at the University of Cape Town and having earned a Bachelor of Commerce from Midrand Graduate Institute.
