Rick Annaert is an experienced financial services executive with a diverse background in leadership roles across prominent companies. Currently serving as a Strategic Advisor at the Investment Industry Association of Canada since October 2022, Rick previously held significant positions at Manulife, including Senior Vice President of Advisory Services and President & CEO of Manulife Securities. Throughout a career spanning over three decades, Rick has successfully managed large-scale operations, significantly increased assets under administration, and spearheaded strategic acquisitions. Early in the career, Rick gained valuable experience as a Vice President at Banque Laurentienne, overseeing multiple branches and retail banking profitability. Rick holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce with a focus on Accounting from McMaster University.
