Lisa Yarrow currently serves as the Executive Officer for the International Hepato Pancreato Biliary Association since January 2023 and has been a Catalyst for Lisa Yarrow Interior Painting since October 2018. Previously, Yarrow held the role of Program Director for Leadership Charlotte from August 2015 to June 2017 and co-directed the Women + Girls Research Alliance at UNC Charlotte from July 2008 to July 2014, focusing on women's social and economic issues and public policy impact. Yarrow also directed the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Women’s Summit, aiming to enhance the lives of women and girls through research and civic engagement. Other experience includes management positions at the National Housing Federation and Concorde Services, Ltd., and an early career role at Thayer School of Engineering at Dartmouth College. Yarrow holds Bachelor's Degrees in Political Science, with concentrations in Women's and Gender Studies from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, and has furthered education through Leadership Charlotte and the University of Pittsburgh.
