Kristin Thompson is an experienced hospitality professional with a diverse background in restaurant management and bartending. Currently serving as the General Manager at IHOP since May 2023, Kristin previously worked at Rose's Run Country Club as a Bartender from April 2022 to June 2023. Prior to that, Kristin held positions at Triple Nickel Restaurant & Bar as a Bartender/Manager from September 2015 to May 2021 and at Johns Bar & Grille as a Server/Bartender from September 2010 to September 2018. Kristin earned a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from the University of Mount Union between 2019 and 2021, and attended Stark State College of Technology from 2011 to 2015.
