Horacio Larios is an experienced professional in the energy sector, currently serving as Senior Director of Projects at IHI Terrasun Solutions since April 2024. Previously, Larios held the position of Director of Development at Leeward Renewable Energy, LLC from December 2021 to April 2024, and Senior Engineering, Construction and Business Development Manager at Invenergy LLC from July 2015 to December 2021, where projects included greenfield development in the Dominican Republic and a significant LNG to power initiative. Larios began a career in project management at Power Engineers Collaborative, LLC (PEC) and The AES Corporation, contributing to energy projects in Latin America and performing essential services for major clients. Early experience in the US Navy included roles as a Submarine Officer and Nuclear Power Plant Engineering Officer. Larios holds an M.B.A. from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a B.S. in Engineering from the University of Arizona.
