Tanya Parkins serves as the President of TaPtitude Consulting since January 2024, bringing a wealth of experience from a two-decade career at IHG Hotels & Resorts, where Tanya held various leadership roles including Head of Service Strategy - Differentiated Service, Head of Performance Optimization, Director of Business Innovation, and Manager of Business Performance and Quality. Tanya holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science with an International Relations focus and a Bachelor of Arts in Russian Language and Literature with a minor in Spanish, both degrees obtained from the University of Utah.
