John Bartlett is an experienced professional specializing in performance reporting and analytics. Currently serving as the Head of Performance Reporting & Insights for the EMEAA region at InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG®) since July 2015, John previously held positions such as Director of Performance Analytics & Insights for Europe at IHG® and Senior Decision Support Manager at Carnival UK. Other notable roles include Senior Revenue Performance Analyst and Commercial Insight Analyst at British Airways, Customer Insight Analyst at Hutchison 3G, and Actuarial Analyst and Risk Analyst at Bupa. John began a career in data analysis as a Statistical Officer at the UK Department of Health. Educationally, John obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Applied Statistics with Management Science from the University of Plymouth, following attendance at Kenilworth School.
