Melanie Eakin, CPCC, currently serves as Vice President of Organizational Effectiveness at iHeartMedia, a role undertaken since February 2015, where responsibilities include integrating sales enablement, organizational operations, and talent management. Melanie’s extensive experience also encompasses positions as Senior Director, Director, and Senior Manager of Organizational Effectiveness at iHeartMedia. Prior to joining iHeartMedia, Melanie worked as a Performance Consultant for an independent contractor, developing a telesales skills program. Previously, at Cbeyond, Melanie held various roles focused on learning and development, including Learning & Development Business Partner and Senior Manager of Sales Training. Melanie's career initiated with roles in sales and training management, beginning with the Atlanta Direct Sales Associate & Team Leader position. Melanie holds a Bachelor of Science in Art Marketing from Georgia College & State University.
