Susan Wu is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and human resources across various sectors. Currently serving as the VP and Head of Operations at iHealth Labs, Susan has previously held significant roles, including Principal Consultant and Founder at USAsia Human Capital, SVP and Global Head of HR at Life Sciences Venture Capital, and Vice President of Global Human Resources & Public Affairs at Vivo Capital. Additionally, Susan served as Vice President and Head of the Chairman's Office at MetLife prior to its merger with Chinatrust Life Insurance, and Director of Human Resources in Taiwan. Educational qualifications include a Master's of Science in Human Resources Management from Golden Gate University and attendance at Cornell University.
