Mina Katić is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HR Business Partner at IGT since April 2022. Previously, Mina worked at ManpowerGroup Serbia as a People & Culture Business Partner, where responsibilities included strategic workforce planning, recruitment, employee evaluations, and HR strategy development. Earlier roles include HR Business Partner Junior at a Fashion Company, where Mina supervised 500+ employees across multiple stores and developed talent management initiatives. Additionally, Mina has experience as a Project Coordinator and Trainer for the VIZ&JA youth program at Centre Inventiva and completed an internship with UNHCR. Mina holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor's degree in Educational Sciences from the University of Belgrade.
