Hannah Parkman is a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist at IGS Energy, having joined the company in June 2024. Previously, Hannah held roles at Forward Air Corporation, where responsibilities included serving as a Corporate Recruiting Specialist and Corporate Onboarding Coordinator from January 2023 to June 2024. Additionally, experience in coaching was gained as the Head Swim Coach at Pickerington Local School District from November 2021 to March 2023 and as an Assistant Swim Coach at FAMILY YMCA OF LANCASTER & FAIRFIELD COUNTY from April 2018 to March 2023. A brief stint at Lowe's Companies, Inc. as a Merchandise Service Associate occurred between July 2022 and January 2023, along with a summer internship in Residential Field Sales at AEP Energy in 2019. Hannah holds two Bachelor of Science degrees in Human Resources Management from Franklin University and Notre Dame College, completed in 2022 and 2021, respectively, following graduation from Lancaster High School in 2018.
