Kate Barker has extensive experience in governance, compliance, and legal affairs, currently serving as the Director of Governance and Compliance at Mineral Resources Limited since April 2025. Barker has held multiple leadership roles at IGO Ltd since June 2011, including General Counsel and Head of Risk and Compliance and Chief Legal Officer. Additionally, Barker has been a Board Member for Ronald McDonald House Charities Western Australia since July 2021.
