Nishit Anadkat is a seasoned professional in product management and growth strategy, currently serving as Product & Growth Lead at Ignosis since April 2024. Prior experience includes roles at Axis Bank as AVP of Small Business Banking for New Initiatives, and at Cygnet Digital overseeing all product aspects in fintech. Nishit held significant positions at MAS Financial Services Limited as Head of Digital Solutions and at Kotak Mahindra Bank, where responsibilities included managing digital initiatives and working capital assets. Prior to this, Nishit gained valuable experience at HDFC Bank as a Credit Manager for mortgages and at KEYNOTE CONSULTANCY as a trainee focused on NRI tax planning and compliance. Initial professional experience was gained as an intern at Y.C. Anarkat & Associates, Chartered Accountants, specializing in tax and corporate law.
