Dainius Stepanonis is an experienced project manager currently serving at Ignitis Group as a Project Manager for Offshore Wind since June 2022. Dainius has held senior project management roles at Adform and has extensive experience with AB „Energijos skirstymo operatorius“ (ESO), where responsibilities included overseeing large-scale projects for Smart metering deployment in Lithuania and conducting internal process reviews. Previous positions include projects coordinator/smart metering systems specialist, electrician/team leader with Soretto Group Lt, and project engineer/manager with Veolia Energy. Dainius holds multiple degrees in engineering and planning from esteemed institutions, including Vilnius Gediminas Technical University and Chalmers University of Technology, as well as vocational training in electrical and electronics equipment installation.
