August Kyaw Soe Han currently serves as the Country Manager at Poe-ma Assurances since June 2021. Prior to this role, August held positions as Director of Sales and Business Development at Zware Group, and Vice President and Chief Representative at Marsh, where strategic leadership and budget development were key responsibilities. August began a career at Chubb (formerly ACE Group) as Chief Country Representative, focusing on market entry and infrastructure development in Myanmar. Additional experience includes roles as General Manager at See Zar Soe San, Project Sales Executive at Lightcraft Pte. Ltd., and part-time lecturer at Chindwin College. August holds a Bachelor of Business degree in Finance and Marketing from the University of Technology Sydney and has foundational education from the University of Computer Studies, Yangon and Basic Education High School, Botataung.
