Nicolas Lepercq has extensive experience in organizational management, research, and development within various sectors. Currently serving as Responsable Recherches et Développements at Ignition Program since January 2020, Nicolas focuses on creating new matching models for candidates and companies while generating academic and operational knowledge. Concurrently, Nicolas is an Associé-Enseignant chercheur at PUBLIC G CONSEIL, providing advice and support in management and human resources. Previous roles include Directeur général d'IMC Alternance and Directeur du CFA IMC Apprentissage, where Nicolas led teams and developed educational strategies.
