Michelle Macdonald has extensive experience in account management and sales within the telecommunications sector, currently serving as an Account Manager at Ignite Technology since November 2014, focusing on enhancing collaboration and security solutions for remote work. Previously, while at Allstream from August 2010 to November 2014, Michelle built strong client relationships as a trusted adviser. Prior experience includes roles as an Account Executive at Connex SEE Service Inc. and positions at dBm Telecommunications and TELUS Communications, where Michelle gained foundational skills in project analysis and inside sales.
