Spyros Boviatsis is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in gender equality, diversity, and inclusion, particularly within the LGBTQI+ community. Currently serving as a Board Member for IGLYO, Spyros oversees the governance of the organization after being elected by the General Assembly. As a Gender Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Project Manager at the International Rescue Committee, Spyros leads consortium efforts, develops research, and ensures project alignment with best practices. Previous roles include Soft Skills Training Officer and Soft Skills Educator, facilitating integration for refugees. As Project Manager and Communication Officer at Colour Youth, Spyros executed national and European projects advocating for LGBTQI+ rights. Additionally, as a Trainer for SOLIDARITYNOW, Spyros contributed to raising awareness about LGBTQI refugees through the Bridging Rainbow project. Spyros holds a Master of Arts in Education and Human Rights and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Public Administration from the National & Kapodistrian University of Athens.
