John Bert Flores has worked in customer service roles since 2015. John Bert began their career at Convergys as a Customer Care Professional, where they developed expertise in customer care, SAP knowledge, and logical and critical-thinking skills. In 2018, they moved to Citius Solutions Corporation as a Researcher, where they dealt with property agents, managers, and directors from different apartment and housing complexes across the US. In 2019, they joined TDCX as a Support Ambassador, working on a project for a well-known hospitality and travel brand. Theirrole was to keep clients happy and improve their experience with the platform. In 2021, they joined igloocompany as a Customer Service Executive.

John Bert Flores obtained a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from the Asian College of Technology - Cebu between 2012 and 2016.
