Cédric Freymond is a seasoned legal professional specializing in intellectual property, particularly in trademark law. Currently serving as a Juriste en marques at the Swiss Federal Institute of Intellectual Property since February 2018, Cédric Freymond oversees the examination of Swiss and international trademarks and coordinates the revision process of the Institute's Trademark Directives. Previously, Cédric Freymond held various leadership roles at Nestlé from September 1995 to December 2017, including Head of Litigation Group and Senior Intellectual Property Counsel, where responsibilities encompassed managing the global trademark portfolios of multiple brands and leading a team handling brand-related IP disputes. Cédric Freymond also served as Président du Conseil communal for the Commune d'Echallens from July 2022 to June 2023.
