About the role:  

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving and implementing commercial strategies to increase the company's customer base and revenue. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the LATAM market, culture, and language. 

What You’ll Do:  

  • Develop and execute business plans to establish the company as a leading B2B solutions provider

  • Increase the company's customer portfolio and market share

  • Work closely with internal teams to identify marketing opportunities that drive brand awareness and support business development efforts.

  • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the company's products and services and ensure that potential customers have a clear understanding of their value proposition.

  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and other relevant networking opportunities.

  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and drive product development initiatives.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners, leveraging those relationships to drive profitable business growth.

  • Develop and execute sales forecasts and plans, ensuring that targets are achieved and exceeded.

  • Sell the full suite of products and services offered by the company, including white-label solutions, platform-only services, and games aggregator offerings.

  • Proactively identify new business opportunities, and be attentive to customer needs to capitalize on those opportunities.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop proposals and pitches that meet the needs of potential customers.

  • Other duties as required to support the growth of the business.

About You:  

  • 3+ years of experience in business development or sales, with a proven track record of achieving targets in the LATAM market.

  • A deep understanding of the LATAM market and culture.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and partners.

  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales and business development strategies.

  • Experience working in the B2B technology industry is a plus.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

  • Fluency in Spanish is required.

  • Willingness to travel frequently.
