Katell Deschamps has a substantial background in human resources and social law, currently serving as Responsable Pôle Social at Igam Expertise Comptable since December 2021. Previously, Katell held the position of Directrice de Mission Sociale / International at BDO France from May 2017 to November 2020, and prior to that, worked as Responsable Paie at Cargill from July 2013 to June 2017. Early career experience includes roles at AUDACC as Collaborateur Social Confirmé, LOUISIANE as Responsable RH, and BOSCHAT-LAVEIX also as Responsable RH. Katell began career as a Juriste Droit Social at FIDAL from 2001 to 2002. Education includes a Maitrise in Droit Social and a DESS in Droit de la protection sociale, Droit Social from Université de Droit et Sciences Politiques Rennes I, completed in 2001.
