Bernardine Douwes has extensive experience in management and project coordination, currently serving as Office Manager at IG Design Group BV since May 2016 and as the Owner of a business offering project management in the culture sector since January 2016. Previous roles include PR & Communication Coordinator at the Center for Contemporary Art Drenthe and various supply chain management positions at Studieboekencentrale/Studystore, Villeroy & Boch, and Ucosan bv, where Bernardine was responsible for procurement and logistics. Educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Management & Business Administration from Rijksuniversiteit Groningen. Notably, Bernardine was the project lead for the 'Viva Los Mayas' festival in 2016.
