Flora Oloo is an experienced ESG Manager with a strong background in sustainability strategy development and implementation. Currently serving at IFU since September 2024 and previously at CrossBoundary from November 2022 to August 2024, Flora has led the creation of ESG and impact strategies and spearheaded their implementation in various capacities. At ESS, responsibilities included formulating sustainability strategies aligned with international standards and managing environmental and social management systems for investors in Africa. Flora's work at Centum Investment Company involved overseeing sustainability initiatives for major real estate developments in Kenya and Uganda. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Sustainable Development from SOAS University of London and a Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology. Other qualifications include certified public accounting training and early career experience in landscape architecture.
