Tareeq M. currently serves as a Fall Analyst in Value Engineering at IFS, a position held since September 2024. Previously, Tareeq worked at Copperleaf as an Analyst focusing on Growth & Value Engineering from June 2022 to September 2024, and held various roles including Consultant and Project Coordinator in ESG, where responsibilities spanned global growth and product development. Tareeq also gained experience as a Summer Analyst at UWC Endowment Management in the Investment Team, and as an Investment Associate at Front Row Ventures with a focus on student-led venture funding. In addition, Tareeq managed early-stage impact VC as a Fund Manager at Propel Impact, successfully leading investments and exits. Early experience includes a Summer Analyst role at Simbi. Academically, Tareeq is pursuing a Master of Management from UBC Sauder School of Business and holds a Bachelor of Arts from The University of British Columbia, complemented by education at UWC and St. George's School.
