Michael Ouissi currently serves as a Board Member at Sitecore since March 2024 and holds the position of Chief Customer Officer at IFS since July 2018. In addition, Michael is a member of the Board of Directors at thinkproject since January 2021. Prior experience includes significant roles at Software AG from September 2005 to June 2018, where Michael was the SVP for Customer Engagement Excellence and held various executive positions including Managing Director for Germany and SVP for EMEA/DACH regions. Earlier positions include Head of Controlling at Euvia Media AG in 2005 and Corporate Controller at Ingram Micro from 2003 to 2005. Michael's educational background includes an MBA in Economics/Finance from The University of Manchester and a degree in Economics from the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Dortmund.
