Manfred Hein is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business process consulting and service management. Currently serving as a Senior Business Process Consultant at IFS since March 2022, Manfred previously held key roles at ASUS from January 1998 to November 2019, including Head of the German and Austrian Service division, where responsibilities included managing a service organization with a budget of approximately 10 million and supervising 30 employees across four teams. Earlier positions at ASUS included Team Leader for Notebook Service DACH, overseeing 20 employees and handling call center and repair KPIs, and Field Application Engineer for Networking Products focused on technical supervision and support for various projects across Europe.
