Kaushaliya Dias Desinghe has extensive experience in software design and business systems analysis, currently serving as a Principal Software Designer and Lead Business Systems Analyst at IFS since November 2008. Previously held the position of Accounts Manager at Goonetilleke & Co. from June 2007 to October 2008 and worked as a Trainee Accountant at PricewaterhouseCoopers from May 2006 to May 2007. Kaushaliya holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura, complemented by certifications in Management Accounting, Banking, and Chartered Accounting from various institutes in Sri Lanka. Additionally, Kaushaliya earned a Master of Business Administration from Cardiff Metropolitan University between April 2013 and April 2015.
