Renata Bandeira is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with extensive experience in accounting and finance. Currently serving as an IFRS Interpretation Committee Member at the IFRS Foundation since August 2020, Renata also holds the position of Chief Accounting Officer and Tax and Internal Controls Director at Azul Linhas Aéreas Brasileiras until September 2024. Previous roles include Chief Accounting Officer at GOL Linhas Aéreas Inteligentes and TAM, as well as Corporate Controller at Netshoes and Accounting Manager at BRF - Brasil Foods S.A. Renata's career began at Deloitte as a Senior Audit Manager and includes experience as an Internal Audit Manager at General Motors. Educational qualifications encompass a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie, a Master’s degree in Enterprises Controllership, an MBA in Retail Trade, and a degree in Aviation Management from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
