Maren Ibsen Lexander is an experienced career counselor currently serving as a Fag- og produktutvikler at Ifront Karriere since January 2021, where responsibilities include developing career guidance offers and scientifically grounded counseling. Previously, Maren worked as a counselor at NAV Kontaktsenter from September 2016 to December 2020, providing high-paced, knowledge-based counseling and adapting to rapidly changing regulations. Earlier experience includes serving as a job counselor at A2G Gruppen AS, where Maren provided guidance for labor market participants, and as a store employee at Teppesenteret på Nordås AS, focusing on customer counseling and sales. Maren has also held short-term election worker positions with Bergen kommune. Currently pursuing a Master's Degree in Education specializing in Career Counseling at the University of South-Eastern Norway, Maren also holds two Master's Degrees and a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Bergen in Administration and Organizational Science.
