Fred Weiss, CFM, IFMA Fellow, serves as the Managing Principal at FM NETworking since August 2015. With a long-standing association with the International Facility Management Association (IFMA) since April 1987, Fred has achieved the designation of IFMA Fellow and Certified Facility Manager. In addition to current consultancy roles at FM3IS Associates, LLC, Fred previously held senior positions such as Senior Facility Management Analyst at GoldenWolf, LLC and Facility Management Regional Business Manager at HEB. Fred has also served as the Director of Facilities Business Operations at the University of Texas at San Antonio and has extensive experience with Ford Motor Company. Fred's educational background includes a BBA in Business Administration from Eastern Michigan University, an MBA from Wayne State University, and coursework in Emergency Management and Business Continuity Planning at the Emergency Management Institute of FEMA.
